Located in the piney woods just north of
Houston, Texas, the Hawks Law Firm was established in 1980 by Rick
Hawks, a graduate of Baylor University and the South Texas College of Law.
Since inception, the practice's efforts have been directed toward the major
injury case, representing only the injured
individual, never the insurance carrier or major corporation. The practice also
includes
estate planning,
business entities,
wills and probate,
family law,
bankruptcy, and
criminal matters.
Jason Hawks joined the firm in 1998, holding both
undergraduate and graduate degrees from Baylor University and a law degree from
Texas Wesleyan University. Jason brings a fresh perspective and desire to build
upon the strong foundation that has been established.
Your
inquiry is invited on matters of catastrophic
injury, burn cases, offshore accidents, death cases, as well as matter of
general practice. The response to your question will be prompt and thorough.

offered a wide and varied amount of experience for the past 19 years. I enjoy
the independence that the small firm environment provides. With a supportive
wife and four children, my life is busy outside the practice. I do find time
for my hobbies which include hiking and travel. I see a great need for a return
to the attorney as "counselor" to the client. Integrity is the
foundation on which everything is based.

My belief is that sound participants make a sound system. The goal at my firm is to provide each client with exactly what I would want from an attorney, that is, open communication, sound advice, and quality work. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Texas, practicing law here is a fulfilling experience for me as I guide clients through the legal system. My wife, Laura, our children, and our Lhasa Apso dog enjoy getting away to Georgia, and beautiful places around Texas in our spare time.
